What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2 PM
Check-out is by 11 AM
Guests are free to leave their luggage at the reception desk before check-in or after check-out.
 
Does the hotel offer a parking area?
Yes, free parking with video surveillance is available for all our guests in the internal park that surrounds the villa.
 
What services are included in the price?
Taxes are included in the rate of the room. The rate does not normally include breakfast. In the case of special offers or particular agreements with rates including breakfast in the morning, the cost of the breakfast itself cannot be separated from the room rate, even if  you do not have breakfast.
 
Will my credit card be billed during the online reservation?
No. A valid credit card number is requested to guarantee the reservation but NO charge is made prior to a guest’s arrival. A reservation that is not guaranteed is automatically cancelled if guests do not arrive by 6 PM on the check-in date and if the hotel has not received any contrary communication from the guest himself.
 
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are possible, without any fee, if made at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Late cancellations and no shows will be subject to a fee of one night’s stay.  With demand for full or partial payment in advance (before arrival) the amount charged is not refundable.
 
Does the hotel offer an internet connection?
Yes. To access the Internet using the hotel’s cable or Wi-Fi connection, it is necessary to ask the reception for a username and a password (no charges apply). With respect to the Italian Law against terrorism (Decreto Legge 27 Luglio 2005, n.144), this operation is subject to registration. It is therefore not possible to access the Internet with the connection provided inside the hotel without being registered.
 
What is your children policy?
Children under 3 years that sleep in the bed with parents stay free.
Children over 3 years that sleep in the bed with parents pay the breakfast.
All children of 10 years and more are treated as adults.
The rate of Cot/Cradle is €. 10.00 per night (max 2 Cots in room).
 
Can I bring my small pets to hotel hambros?
Pets are allowed with no additional cost for our guests. We kindly ask our guests coming with their little friends not to bring them inside the breakfast room and to always look after them while being in common areas of the structure. Pets should be restrained in order to avoid damage to other guests.
 
Can I make special requests about room services and amenities?
Room floor, view, bedding or other specific requests are subject to availability, but please feel free to add a note during the online reservation or ask for availability by filling out the Availability Request Form.
