The restaurant features a constantly changing menu, but diners can expect to find such gastronomic delights as sella di coniglio lardellata su radicchietti di campo (a cold rabbit soup) and capretto nostrale allo spiedo con patate arrosto e sformato di carciof (a specialty dish of spit-roasted kid with artichoke pudding and roasted potatoes).
