Garfagnana Mountains
Garfagnana MountainsMany people who love walking and the mountains come to the Garfagnana to climb or just to admire the peaks, especially the Apuan Alps. Proceeding from north to south is the Monte Pisanino, surrounded by the peaks of Pizzo d'Uccello, Mount Grondilice and Mount Roccandagia. Heading farther south you can see the Tambura, Upper Saddle, Mount Sumbra and Monte Altissimo that borders the group of Panic and mountains Corchia. Even farther south we find the Monte Forato and Matanna.
